Moldovan in New York
Dominicvine writes about a Moldovan playing on accordion in the NYC’s subway:
“One of my favourite people in NYC is this guy who used to sit in the W4th station on the downtown F train track. I’d dance to his songs and talk with him…
He’s from Moldova and enjoys hearing my stories as I enjoy hearing his music.
He started playing more popular numbers for some children (the chiken song) then a handsome man asked him if he knew Such-and-Such and he did so they did a duet together with the man singing… as I got on the train.”
Later add: At a Washington metro station, Joshua Bell, an American Grammy Award-winning violinist, was playing on a 300-year-old Stradivarius violin called the Gibson ex Huberman, in front of a traveling rush-hour audience of 1,000-odd people. [via]

Cum mare placere, Alexandru.
Interesant, ce-ar fi daca s-ar face un asa experiment undeva prin centrul Chisinaului.
