Reducem rata pirateriei software in Moldova

285462500_11d6717633_m Reducem rata pirateriei software in Moldova

(sursa)

(sursa)

Value

277270687_54b39a2b9e_m Value

A well-known speaker started off his seminar by holding up a $20.00 bill. In the room of 200, he asked, “Who would like this $20 bill?”
Hands started going up.
He said, “I am going to give this $20 to one of you but first, let me do this.
He proceeded to crumple up the $20 dollar bill. He then asked, “Who still wants it?”
Still the hands were up in the air.
- Well, he replied, What if I do this? And he dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe. He picked it up, now crumpled and dirty.
- Now, who still wants it?
Still the hands went into the air.

My friends, we have all learned a very valuable lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth $20.
Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way. We feel as though we are worthless. But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value.
Dirty or clean, crumpled or finely creased, you are still priceless to those who DO LOVE you.
The worth of our lives comes not in what we do or who we know, but by WHO WE ARE. You are special - Don’t EVER forget it. Count your blessings, not your problems.
And remember: amateurs built the ark… professionals built the Titanic.
If God brings you to it - He will bring you through it.

Amish forgive the murder

109218283_db0e8590cc Amish forgive the murder

Even in their grief, the Amish are reaching out to the family of the man who killed five Amish schoolgirls.
Right there, at the child’s casket, grandfather was speaking about how important it is to forgive this man. He said: “We teach our young people not to think evil of this man.” There was a real atmosphere of genuine forgiveness. (source)
“They know their children are going to heaven. They know their children are innocent and they know that they will join them in death,” said Gertrude Huntington, a Michigan researcher and expert on children in Amish society. (source)
At the funeral ceremony “many Amish have embraced the gunman’s wife, Marie Roberts, and their three young children.” (source)

This is true, genuine Christianity!

I am one of the 7%

* I like the story and it’s moral. Thank you Mariana.

A voyaging ship was wrecked during a storm at sea and only two of the men on it were able to swim to a small, desert like island. The two survivors, not knowing what else to do, agree that they had no other recourse but to pray to God.
However, to find out whose prayer was more powerful, they agreed to divide the territory between them and stay on opposite sides of the island.
The first thing they prayed for was food. The next morning, the first man saw a fruit-bearing tree on his side of the land, and he was able to eat its fruit.  The other man’s parcel of land remained barren.
After a week, the first man was lonely and he decided to pray for a wife.
The next day, another ship was wrecked, and the only survivor was a woman who swam to his side of the land.  On the other side of the island, there was nothing.
Soon the first man prayed for a house, clothes, more food. The next day, like magic, all of these were given to him.  However, the second man still had nothing.
Finally, the first man prayed for a ship, so that he and his wife could leave the island. In the morning, he found a ship docked at his side of the island. The first man boarded the ship with his wife and decided to leave the second man on the island. He considered the other man unworthy to receive God’s blessings, since none of his prayers had been answered.
As the ship was about to leave, the first man heard a voice from heaven booming, “Why are you leaving your companion on the island?”
“My blessings are mine alone, since I was the one who prayed for them,” the first man answered.  “His prayers were all unanswered and so he does not deserve anything.”
“You are mistaken!” the voice rebuked him. “He had only one prayer, which I answered.  If not for that, you would not have received any of my blessings.”
“Tell me,” the first  man asked the voice, “what did he pray for that I should owe him anything?”
“He prayed that all your prayers be answered.”
For all we know, our blessings are not the fruits of our prayers alone, but those of another praying for us.
When Jesus died on the cross he was thinking of you!
If you are one of the 7% who will stand up for him forward this with the title “I am one of the 7%”.
93% of people won’t forward this.

to sign or not to sign?

Last year, the American Family Association presented the U.S. Senate with over 2 millions petitions of support for the Marriage Protection Amendment. But despite over-whelming public support for the Constitutional amendment, the Senate did not voted on the amendment.
The American Family Association is calling the US citizens to sign the petition to the 109th Congress even if they previously signed one to the 108th Congress. The American Family Association will present the petitions to members of Congress.
It is your choice to sign or not to sign. If I would be an American citizen I would sign.
If you want to sign the petition, press here.
